Lindsey Miller
Lindsey Miller is a music director and award-winning composer who has worked in theatres across theUK, Europe, North America and Asia. She was Music Director for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s 2019-2020 season and is currently Deputy Music Director for the UK tour and West Endproduction of the musical SIX.
From 2017 to 2019 Lindsey lived in Pyongyang, North Korea while accompanying her husband on a diplomatic posting. During one of themost turbulent periods in North Korea’s recent history, Lindsey was able to explore the country in a way only afforded to the few foreigners who live there. In her remarkable book Like Nowhere Else: North Korea (September Publishing, Spring 2021), which is illustrated with her own photographs, she reveals the North Korea behind the headlines, where everyday life is often as alien and puzzling as it is familiar.
