Tracy Spaight and Andy Brockman
Tracy Spaight has a masters degree in history from Cornell University, has written for various magazines, and is director of special projects for the video game publisher Wargaming, which has some 200 million followers worldwide. He and British archaeologist Andy Brockman, have teamed up to investigate and write The Buried Spitfires of Burma (The History Press), the fascinating story of a so-called treasure trove of wartime Spitfires that were supposedly dumped and hidden in Burma at the end of World War II. The story made headlines around the world and is also the subject of a documentary by an award-winning director.
