Double deal excitement for Ali Harper

More good pre-Christmas news: book rights in Ali Harper’s feminist crime debut Between the Lines have been acquired by HarperCollins’ Killer Reads imprint, who will publish in Spring 2018. An option for TV and film rights has also just been signed with Yorkshire based Duck Soup Films, established 2015 by producers Bekki Wray-Rogers, Libby Durdy and Jessica Holyland whose previous credits include the This Is England series and Utopia. This is a great fit for Ali’s wonderfully warm writing, in which the Leeds location and diverse characters play such a big part.
